Motivation Mindset Mondays is a live, one-hour Zoom call hosted by the Lead the Change community every Monday at 12PM Eastern. It is free, open to everyone, and designed to meet you exactly where you are — whether you're just beginning to explore personal growth, deepening a leadership practice you've already started, or simply craving a place to begin your week with intention rather than on autopilot.
Each week we gather around a different theme — from understanding what truly motivates us, to giving ourselves grace, to exploring the neuroscience behind conscious choice. Every call includes a presencing practice, a short lesson, time to journal, and real conversation in small breakout groups.

A welcome and presencing practice — We begin by actually arriving. A short practice to help you leave your morning behind and show up in your body, your breath, and this moment.
A short lesson on a theme that matters — 10–12 minutes exploring something real: motivation, vision, self-compassion, the pause between stimulus and response, the stories we live inside, and more. Grounded in neuroscience, conscious leadership, and lived experience.
Journaling time with guided prompts — Bring any notebook. We'll give you prompts designed to open something — not just fill a page. Your journal is yours. Nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.
Real conversation in breakout rooms — Small pairs or groups, guided questions, and the kind of honest exchange that reminds you: you are not alone in this.
A closing intention — We end every call with one affirmation and one commitment to carry into the week. Simple. Grounded. Yours.
